Contacting Skycubed

If you use the inquiry form, email, or call Skycubed, we use the information you provide to understand and respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are stored in private website storage for review by authorized Skycubed employees. They become eligible for automatic deletion after 365 days; deletion runs in bounded scheduled batches and may be processed after that period. Please do not send passwords, private keys, sensitive configuration, or confidential operational data.

Inquiry details may also be sent to subscribed administrators through Microsoft Azure email delivery. Website copies of notification payloads follow the same automatic retention period; delivered messages are managed separately in the recipients’ mailboxes.

Website operation

The website may process ordinary request information needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. It does not use advertising trackers or sell visitor information.

For administration and security, we record inquiry submission identifiers, inquiry status changes, employee sign-ins and sign-outs, and notification preference changes in a private audit history. Audit records include the action, time, and associated employee identity where available, but not the inquiry message. Administrators can subscribe to these activity notifications.
